There are more than 1,500 self-owned water jet looms in total, the daily production capacity of conventional varieties is about 300,000 meters, and the daily production capacity of new varieties is about 120,000 meters. Normal order lead time is controlled within 7-15 days. The delivery time of new varieties orders is controlled within 15-25 days.

First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final products, we will do full inspections according to customer requirements and international standards;
We have modern testing equipment: Double-column tensile tester, light source color matching light box, wet and dry ball friction testing machine, water-repellent testing machine, etc. The above-mentioned equipment can fully guarantee to meet the customer's all-round testing requirements such as physical and chemical performance testing of materials.
Q: What is the payment method?
When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.
Q: How to ship the goods to customers?
Usually we ship by sea, because our production base is in Wujiang, Jiangsu, which is very close to Shanghai port, so sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air. Wuxi Shuofang Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
Q: Where are your goods mainly exported to?
Our products are mainly exported to more than a dozen countries including the United States, Germany, Japan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
